Ms. Heller has contributed to Teaching for Racial Equity: Becoming Interrupters (2022) and presents best practices in gifted education and inquiry throughout the U.S. Ms. Heller teaches middle school humanities, serves as Gifted Education Site Coordinator and Diversity & Equity Task Force Site Coordinator. Ms. Heller was Gold Coast CUE's Outstanding Educator for 2020, has served as Director of the Oak Park Inquiry Institute, English Department Chair, district Peer Coach, and district Technology Innovator.
